Received half of my order while been charged full price, horrible customer service

I ordered 50 orders (2 dozen each order) of sauce dishes from TundraFMP for my restaurant. The first time, I only received 25 dozen (50orders x 2 I should of received 100 dozen). I called and inquired about this issue and then I received another 25 dozen. I’m still missing the other 50 dozen. I called once again and they said they will ship it in the next two weeks, they didn’t. I called at least 10 times and every time they said they will ship it in the next two weeks. I tried to speak with their manager but they said the manager was not present. I placed this order 2/7/22 and today (8/15/22) I called again. This time they told me the price is changed so if I want the rest of my order, I would need to pay for it. Absolutely ridiculous. If a manager is reading this from TundraFMP, I hope you fix my issue. Anyone else reading this, be cautious ordering from this company.

Only received half of what was ordered…

Only received half of what was ordered and no answers to my repeated contact as to why. But did charge me full amount for product and shipping. Horrible customer service to this point.

I found tundra looking for a part for a Vitamin

I found tundra looking for a part for a vitamix through a google search. Nowhere on the Tundra site did it indicate that was only for commercial and not residential products. When the product arrived, it was not compatible with my residential product. No big deal, right? I should just be able to return the product and get a refund. Instead, Tundra wants to charge me a 20% restocking fee, plus shipping. I guess I'm not a customer so they don't care. Not honorable.

Watch out for back orders

I ordered chafing dishes and only received two out of three. I needed these for a special event Jan 2 but was told the third was on the way directly from manufacture. Well not so much as I contacted again and was told it was backordered! This is not what was listed on website during purchase! Very disappointed!

I bought an item by mistake

I bought an item by mistake, i did not pay attention to the model number, so when I got it, it was not the same as I had. So I called customer service and told them that I wanted to exchange this model for the right one, which is more costly, but they said that I needed to return the item, they would be discounting 20% of the price for "re-stocking" and also the freight cost. So i will be losing between 30-35% of what I paid. Not fair.
This is the reason why Amazon is the biggest seller and the best service. I wll never buy from you again.

John Boos Workbench -- Sturdy and Well Made

All the bench parts were mounted on a pallet and protectively wrapped to prevent any damage to any part of the bench especially the wooden top surface.
The holes for the large screws that attach the top and 2 shelves to the legs are precisely drilled. Bench went together easily.
Instead of soap to lubricate the screws, I used wax.
I like the way the bench looks and the height of the shelves works well for what we need to store: bottled water and Instant Pot.

I'm sure it's because of supply train…

I'm sure it's because of supply train problems but it took a very long time for me to get one half of my order. The item was fine. Still waiting for a second item to come. Happily neither item was critically needed (parts for are very old Hamilton Beach juicer) so as long as I get the part eventually I'll be very happy.

RECEIVED PARTIAL REFUND
I returned 2 items and only received credit for 1. I have spoken to customer service twice. I left a message with accounts payable but haven't received a response. I also emailed accounts payable with no response. I have never dealt with a business like this before.
